Physical Sample:

A physical sample refers to a tangible prototype of a garment created during the design and production process. It allows designers and manufacturers to assess the look, feel, fit, and construction of the garment in real life. Physical samples are crucial for quality control, fitting sessions, and making adjustments before final production.

3D Digital Sample:

A 3D digital sample is a virtual representation of a garment created using computer-aided design (CAD) software. It simulates the appearance, texture, and fit of the garment digitally, offering a cost-effective and time-efficient alternative to traditional physical sampling. 3D digital samples facilitate faster design iterations, collaboration across teams, and visualization of garment variations without the need for physical prototypes

PATTERN MAKING

Our Pattern-makers are highly skilled and fully qualified in pattern-making. Our sample room is equipped with advanced softwares that can efficiently read most digital files.

When it comes to sampling and patterning, we offer a streamlined package deal. Under one roof, we handle both processes, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution. This approach simplifies the entire production process, allowing us to deliver top-notch results promptly.

The art of fabric cutting
